About
Welcome to Rainbow Holistic Therapy!!
My name is Nicola and I have been a Play Therapist since 2018. Play Therapy gives a child space to use play to explore their life experiences and express their feelings/opinions.
I offer therapeutic play sessions for groups of 6 children. Imagine a room with toys that will stimulate your child's imagination, help them grow their confidence and increase social skills- all through their natural way of being - play! Sessions are in age groups to help your wee ones make friends.
Do your kids love getting gooey? Have they asked to make slime and the thought of the goo makes you squirm...let me provide the gooey fun! Slime making sessions in groups of 6. Kids make their own slime to take home and learn various ways to play with it.

We love our sessions with Nicola 💕 Went along today for a slime making session and both my 9 and 3 year old absolutely loved it.
Nicola is so lovely, patient and brilliant with the kids. My little one was completely amazed when she showed him how to blow bubbles with his slime. It’s so lovely watching them get stuck in, explore and have fun in such a relaxed and welcoming environment.
We’ve already had such a lovely experience with Nicola through the play sessions and today just confirmed again how fantastic she is with children of different ages. We’ll definitely be back (again)💗✨ - Natalie Melia·
Absolutely loved our therapeutic play session with Nicola! She was so lovely, friendly and welcoming, and my son really took to her straight away. He had such a great time playing with all the toys and loved how involved, fun and engaging Nicola was throughout the whole session. It was lovely to see him so happy and comfortable.
We also tried the slime-making classes, which were just as brilliant! Kids had so much fun and enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked back in to go again.
Would definitely recommend! Such a lovely, fun and welcoming environment 💗
